What customers say?

“ One of the best Ethiopian meals I’ve ever had. The ingredients were so fresh, and the injera was incredibly soft and clearly!!!!! Lamb pot is delicious too. Love it with all my heart ”

“ Amazing Ethiopian restaurant with delicious, authentic food! The owner/waiter was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel so welcome. He took the time to explain each dish and made excellent recommendations. Fantastic service, food and a warm, cozy atmosphere! Highly recommend! ”

“ As with most Ethiopian restaurants, this place has a vegan platter on offer. Usually I find that I have favourites on an Ethiopian platter, but not so here. Every single mouthful made me happy. The lady was super friendly even with my diabolical attempts at French. Only 28€ for a starter, main and large bottle of sparkling water. She even gave an extra injera. I rolled out of there! Really nice decor and a warm atmosphere. ”

“ We are experienced with Ethiopian food and flavors in many different countries and this will be one of our favorites here in Paris. From the first foot in the door, the smell of authentic spices guarantee that you will not be disappointed. The place seemed very clean and hygienic as well as tastefully decorated, very friendly staff. Quality authentic Ethiopian cuisine. ”

“ I found both the drinks and the food absolutely delicious. I really enjoy eating Ethiopian food, and this is the best restaurant so far. I also like that they have vegan options. We will definitely come back! ”

“ One of the nicest dining experiences I’ve ever had in Paris! Make sure you try it if you’re in the area (or even if you’re not — it’s worth travelling for). The food was absolutely delicious. It was generous, tasty, clearly made with a lot of love. The people at the restaurant are extremely kind and friendly. The young woman who served me was a ray of sunshine — lovely people! ”

- Aisling Smith -

“ The food was absolutely phenomenal - I love Ethiopian food so I’ve tried it in various restaurants in a few cities and this blew everything else out of the water. It is family run and they are incredibly nice. We did the meal and dessert deal and the Ethiopian baklava was also extremely good. I am typically someone that can never finish big meals in one sitting and my plate was spotless bc of how good it was. 11/10 recommend. ”

“ Lush! Really close to Gare du Nord if you’re on the Eurostar (but quite small so don’t show up with loads of massive bags though they could fit me in with a suitcase). Really delicious food with good value lunch menu, good service, nice atmosphere. ”
